The more you know, the more you love
Give it time, and you’ll rise above
The anxt and hate you’re feeling now
Thriving, flourishing, knowing how
11/16/23
The more you know, the more you love
Give it time, and you’ll rise above
The anxt and hate you’re feeling now
Thriving, flourishing, knowing how
11/15/23
Daughter of Yours, sister of mine
Help us both walk along paths divine
Loving each other as families should
If possible, just as Your Mother now would
Strengthen our heart, enlighten our mind
Grant us the courage and peace to be kind
Living in ways that are pleasing to You
Seeing You fully when life is through
11/10/23
Mother of Fairest Love we cry
Hear us with your Son Most High
Children, parents, single, married
Help us share the Cross He carried
Fill our homes with warmth and Love
Set our hearts toward Heaven above
Till at last we finally see
God unveiled eternally
11/9/23
Heart and whims now let us chasten
All for Love to ever hasten
Great the Call and short the life
As we strive for peace in strife
Precious Treasure sought forever
Union sought, to never sever
Joy and Truth to finally see
Happy, blest to ever be
11/7/23
Pass my passions through the Passion
Consolations through the Cross
Hands and feet now firmly fastened
To redeem what once was lost
Let my heart, so heavy-laden
Seek You now and find its rest
With Our Mother, dearest Maiden
Let us pass the final Test
11/2/23
Things aren’t always what they seem
Some are real, but some we dream
Troubles often fade in time
Knowing this, resume the climb!
10/31/23
“What difficulties you are taking on!”
Thus the Foe had whispered in your ear
But knowing better, seeing Beauty dawn
Embracing Love, you ventured free of fear
10/31/23
Get used to saying No
Better things now call
Love with deeds to show
Giving it your all
10/28/23
“My character; it’s simply how I’m made”
His mentor heard, and saw a smile fade
“Perhaps it’s, rather, character you lack?”
The man then changed his ways, not looking back
10/26/23
Here I stand, and here I wait
Patiently, outside the gate
Lips are cracked, and hands are cold
Heart and mind are growing old
Will he come? I do not know
Ages since I saw him go
How could one I’ve seen the most
Now become as good as ghost?
I hope that soon the day will come
When warmth will fill what now is numb
Till then, I’ll wait, my dearest friend
Eager for this bond to mend
